Uses examples from three books: Walter K. Olson’s “The Litigation Explosion”, Jonathan Harr's "A Civil Action", and Peter H. Schuck's "Agent Orange on Trial: Mass Toxic Disasters in the Courts" to illustrate the inadequacies of our civil justice system.
